Named to the Global 50 Women in Sustainability (2024) and honored with multiple awards for impact and humanitarian contribution, Holley is known for embedding measurable environmental and social outcomes into complex, high-profile development programs.

As Senior Advisor at Plandome Group, Holley provides strategic leadership in climate strategy, governance, and ESG integration across transformative public and private initiatives. Her portfolio includes ecotourism destinations in Latin America, national-scale cultural planning in Saudi Arabia, and LEED-ND certified neighborhoods within one of the most ambitious urban regeneration programs in the U.S.

Holley brings a rare depth of experience in sustainability for global events and iconic sports venues, having served as a sustainability lead for the Dubai Expo Village and contributing to the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. She is also advancing the intersection of health, wellness, and sustainable tourism, advising on hospitality projects that align regenerative practices with emerging wellness frameworks and nature-based solutions.

Her career bridges both client and consultancy leadership roles, including landmark projects such as the Louvre Abu Dhabi and Google’s Lendlease Development Ventures. Holley also advises climate tech startups, with a focus on low-carbon materials and sustainable construction systems.
